These Terms and Conditions (“Website Terms”) are the terms which apply when you access our website www.ashtonfabrics.co.uk {the “Website”} and/or place orders to purchase any of our Products made available to you on our Website. 

Our products and Services are available to all customers. Individuals, Business, Schools and Universities etc. These Website Terms are available only in the English language and are governed by English law. All content on this site is solely the property of ashtonfabrics.co.uk. No information and imagery is permitted to be extracted from the site.

Please order a sample before placing your order.

• Please note some fabrics can shrink during washing, dry cleaning, Ironing, etc, we recommended testing on a small piece beforehand. 
  
• Shades and colours can vary between dye lots and fabric rolls
• Fabrics that are not in stock can take up to 6-7 weeks to come back into stock in extreme cases.
• All fabrics are carefully examined prior to despatch.
• Payment for goods can be made by one of the following payment methods: - Credit card or Debit card via shopify payment or PayPal
• Refund will be issued if a fabric is damaged or out of stock.
• Please note one fabric has been cut from the roll it is NOT RETURNABLE as it is a bespoke order.
• No refund will be given on postage and packaging.
• If in the unlikey case that the fabric(s) you have ordered are faulty, then a claim can only be made 14 days after the order has been placed.

Please ensure that you are satisfied with the fabrics by ordering a sample.
